WVU baseball lands commitment of 2026 RHP Kyle Casteel
On Wednesday, right-handed pitcher Kyle Casteel announced his commitment to the West Virginia baseball program.
Casteel announced the commitment on social media.
“I am excited to announce that I have committed to continue my athletic and academic career at West Virginia University,” he said on social media.
“I would first like to thank my family, friends, coaches and everyone else who helped me get to this point. I would also like to thank Coach Sabins and the whole coaching staff for giving me this opportunity.”
He has a fastball that touches low 90s, curve to mid-to-high 70s and a changeup in the 80s.
